Is your pet on any antibiotics and has he been seen by his vet? The vomiting could be a seperate issue from an upper respiratory infection- drainage that you're observing and he's experiencing. Try taking the food away from him until you can get him seen by a veterinarian as soon as you can because if he isn't ingesting any food he won't have as much to vomit up.
