my dog can not keep her food down and she doesn't act like she is feeling good. She goes outside but i haven't seen her go yet. she is eating grass and her stomach is making noises. What can I do to help

Hi There,
I would try staving her for 24 hours and just providing water, then offer bland food of chicken rice or pasta in little meals often, hopefully this should stop the vomiting. If it continues then i would take her to your vets for a check over.
