My dog has spiked a fever, stopped using left front leg and has dark red blotches on his belly

How high was his fever - a dog's normal temperature is from 100.5 to 102.5 degrees fahrenheit. If its a bove that then it seems he may have an infection some where and not feeling very well. I'd highly recommend you get him into see his vet soon so that whatever is going on can be treated before it worsens. Thank you for your question, I hope I helped.
