My dog is panting and shaking and has been all day. We cant figure out what's wrong with her. She seems anxious and in distrss.

Was she out in the yard? Is the temperature rising in your area? She could be responding to the summer heat changes, possibily. Based off of those symptoms and observtions I'd recommend you getting her into the vet to see if he can assess whats going on with her. I hoped I helped some and thank you for the question.
