She has been drooling abnormaly today and I haven't seen a bowel movement in 24hrs. Seems to be avoiding water but no appetite loss. Also have noticed what appear to be little white (warts?) around vaginal area.
Overly affectionate although she has started to start her spring shedding.

The "warts" could be something that you should be conserned about especially if its something new. I can't tell you what the symptoms mean from just those observations really, it could be something or nothing at all. I'd honestly recommend you get her in to see her vet so she can be examined. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help, but thank you for the question.
