I have a 3 month old kitten that has a stuffy nose and she wheezes she acts like a kitten and still has an appetite.
Symptoms:

This could be feline flu i would recommend a trip to the vets ASAP before the symptoms worsen as flu in kittens is very serious. Please keep her away from other cats untill you do so. Is she vaccinated ? The other possibility is that it is a foreign body inside her nose (very common in cats) it can be as small as a hair that can cause all the problem Please take her to the vets .
