i have a pet canary called forx who is preety old and keeps plucking himself to the point where i can see red, is this normal/ thks by the way

Normal prining/grooming is fine but when its to the point he/she is getting irritated it can be a sign of an issue. Mites possibily. Get him/her in to have your vet examine your canary to diagnose or see if there is a problem. Thank you for your question.
