my great dane is vomiting and has a significant amount of blood in her urine and has now started trying to roll over but won't get up otherwise. She is alert enough to pick up her head when i call for her. Could she be torsing?

Here are some signs of dog torsion:
- restlessness
- excessive drooling
- trying to vomit
- abdomen swollen and sounds hollow if tapped
- shallow breathing
- gums dark red then turn to white or blue
The blood in the urine could indicate kidney or intestinal problems. I would get her in to the vet immediately. good luck!
