Dog with diarrhea for 4days

hi! i have a boxer and he has had diarrhea for about 4 days and i would like to know what is good for them what can i give him?

    With diarrhea for that length of time he should be taken to your vet.  He may have intestinal parasites, a bacterial overgrowth, intestinal cancer, liver disease, or he may simply have upset his GI by eating some garbage.  He is probably dehydrated and lacking some electrolytes after diarrhea for 4 days.  Until you can get to your vet, you should make sure he is drinking water.  Also, you can cook him a bland diet of boiled rice and chicken (no added oil or salt) to help settle his stomach.  Lastly, you can give them Immodium or Kaopectate.  Make sure the active ingredient says "2mg loperamide".  A 50 pound dog can get 1/2 of those tablets twice a day as needed.
