We jus got a new kitten who is around 8 weeks old. The adoption agency gave him to us when he was about 6 weeks. I'm wondering if he is sick because he sneezes quite frequently and get green goop in the corner of his eyes. he also keeps biting. I now know that 6 weeks was too early to take him from his mom. What should I do?

Symptoms: Sneezing

At 8 weeks kittens, and puppies for that matter, can be started on the first of their set of vaccinations. You should take him to the vet to get an initial exam to assess him to see if he has a upper respiratory or maybe eye infection. Its very important that he stays away from unvaccinated kittens/cats and not allowed outside to roam until he's done with his kitten series. I'm sure your vet can fill you in and set you up with their specific vaccine protocol. I hope I helped, thank you for the question.
