My dog eats her vomit. Won't that just make her sick again? The other day it was bright yellow...

Hi! What seems so gross to us is not so with dogs. I don't think it will make your dog sick again. My dog does that too throwing up yellow bile and sometimes eating it and she does not get more sick than before. Some say its natural for dogs to eat their own vomit (and feces too) because thats a part of their natural instinct to survive.
