Could giving him milk once a day 2 or 3 oz cause. I've raised since he was 5 days old and he is about 3 1/2yrs now, can you please help and give some kind of idea of what might be wrong or what to look for,I live soscial security so if its something I can do to make him better please tell me, if not I will take him to the vet, he's my best frie3nd and I would do anything for him... My e-mail is: itsfowler@yahoo.com I will be sitting here waiting for your reply. Thank you

    Hello!

I can totally understand your concern and how much your cat means to you - they really are part of our family arent they.

OK, it could be a number of things, but high on the list would be cystitis/urine infection OR a blocked bladder (Or at least beginnings of). A blocked bladder is where there is crystal formation that means the cat has trouble passing urine - if able to at all. IF this is the case then this is an emergency!

My advise to you would be to contact the vet asap as an emergency incase it is this sort of thing commencing. They will be able to palpate his bladder etc and see if he has a full bladder etc.

Good luck and please let me know the outcome.
