Hello there. Asprin in high doses is toxic to dogs and interferes with their blood clotting, as well as liver, kidney and gastrointestinal tract. An adult asprin for a jack russel pup is very likely to be a toxic level and I would advise taking her to a vet asap, even as an emergency if neccessary. If she is seen within 2-3 hours of swallowing it, the vet can give her something to make her vomit but if it is longer than this they would probably want to do blood tests, including clotting tests and keep her in hospital on a drip to try and 'flush out' the drug. Hope this helps and please let me know if you have more questions.
