what would cause a three week old puppy to vomit and sneeze milk out its nose and act weak?

Hi there. I would take your little pup to be examined by a vet asap. The signs you are describing may be consistant with what we call a 'cleft palate', where the seperation between the nose and mouth isn't properly fused and milk or anything else they eat or drink comes up through this opening and out of the nose. This is a condition they are born with and is operable in some cases but unfortunately a lot of pups don't make it. The food/milk in the nasal cavity causes inflammation and it can travel down into the wind pipe and cause problems in the lungs. Other possibilities do exist, such as oesophageal problems, etc. I would have the pup and the entire litter checked by a vet as soon as possible. Hope that helps and good luck!
