Tibby has lately brought in three rabbits. The first was alive, but now he is bringing in dead ones. We have a bell and a reflected collar on him to try and stop him. But he continues to bring them in. Is there anything else we can do.

I know it horrible but i think as these rabbits are being caught they are probably unwell and possibly have Myxomatosis, which makes their eyes puffy. There is not alot you can do if she has a bell and a reflective collar. You can get collars which flash.
Try to ignore his offerings as much as you can horrible as it must be!
