my 7 week old puppy has been having really runny poos he is drinking and eating normally

It is very likely that Spot has an intestinal parasite. The other possibilities are viral diseases (which could be very serious) or dietary indiscretion. I would have him checked out by a veterinarian, bring along a sample of his stool with you so you can have it checked for worms and other protozoal parasites (coccidia, giardia). This should hopefully clear up with no problem! All the best!
