Newfoundland with bumpy skin

My 5 year old Newfoundland/Sheapard mix has these bumps on right behind her nose and starting around her eyes. she does have 2 skin tags(vet checked) but they seem to be flaky.

    Hello!

    Just for a little more information - have the bumps suddenly appeated i.e like an allergic reaction? OR has she had the bumps a while i.e wart like bumps?

    Then is more suspicious of being allergy related. My advice would be to contact your vet becausein the even of an allergic reaction an anti histimine may be required via injection/oral route.

    OR - it may be something else - without seeing the bumps I cant tell exactly what they could be.
