Hamster with rear issues

I rescued my dwarf hamster from a pet store in May. Every time it was put in a cage with other hamsters they viciously attacked it. She has chunks out of her ears, patches of fur missing that are scarred over, as well as scar tissue on her butt. Her tail is missing and she can't squeeze out poop because it appears that her rectum is damaged. Her underside glands near her butt also appear swollen. From day one, she had a scent that made me wonder if that was the cause of the attacks. She eats constantly and her poop is soft and green. It's about the size of the tip of your pinky, gets stuck and stretches out her butt. She's very alert, active and seems happy but I know this has to be uncomfortable for her. When you pick her up, you can feel that she's full of poop. Any advice?
