my cat got beaten up by another cat. she had small amount of bleeding through her rectum but it has now stopped and she is not able to move her back legs. what should i do?

If she is completely unable to move her back legs i would suggest taking her to the vet.
Did you see her fighting with another cat? or could she have been hit by a car?
To check if she has feeling in her back legs pinch the skin hard between the toes, if she can feel it she will move her feet or react accordingly crying or hissing.
Not being able to use her back legs suggests something more serious that just a fight with another cat.
Hopefully it just is that.
