Dog stung by bee

My dogs mouth is very swollen. I think he may have gotten stung by a bee but his mask is black so it is difficult to find any sort of stinger.. I was wondering what i need to do?

    Hello!

    You could certainly take him to your vet who would give him an anti-inflammatory injection to help reduce the swelling. In the meantime you could try giving him an antihistimine tablet to reduce swelling i.e piriton or chlorphenamine (Click on this of them to recive up to 75% off).

    All you can do is treat to reduce the swelling around his mouth. Do monitor his breathing as in son=me situations anaphylactic shock can cause swelling in the airways.
