We have a 12 week old nubian goat that we have been treating for bloat for 5 days and there has been no change in his condition. We have seen several vets and they keep giving us mixed advice. The poor goat just lays down all day crying and we have tried sodium bicarbonate, mineral oil, cooking oil and massaging and nothing seems to be working. Is there anything else that we can try?
He is still able to get up and walk, but he spends almost all day laying down.
