My Chihuahua has a red spot and purple discoloration on her abdomen, thigh and leg, with swelling on her inner thigh. There is irration and redness around her anus. She is not eating and is listless. What to do?

Hello!
The red/purple discolouration sounds like possible bruising/internal bleeding. There are some medical conditions that cause haemorrhaging and swelling - these can be diagnosed via a blood sample by your vet to see what her clotting is like.
The symptoms you describe should definately be checked by your vet for further investigation as soon as you can, especially as she is off food and lethargic.
