Yesterday we noticed that my dog, just over a year old, has gotten these little bumps all over the sides of his face. They are not located any where else. We are not sure what could have caused them and if we should take him to the vet to have them looked at. They do not look red, and don't really appear to be scabbed over. He did get attacked by a dog at the park a few days ago, and the dog went for his face, so we weren't sure if that could be the cause of these bumps. He also got into a box of peanut butter fudge. As I'm not entirely sure if there is chocolate in peanut butter fudge, I naturally kept a close eye on him. He seemed fine from that. I just have no idea what these bumps could be.
