Lethargic and Inappetant dog

my dog is all of a sudden acting very lethargic and won't eat. She is staying at my grandmothers house and we've been out of town, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Luci could very well be upset that she's away from home & your not with her. we see that sometimes either they will not eat or the people watching the pet will offer food the owner does not and sometimes create a problem where now at home wants to eat whatever the person watching was feeding.

The other thing is I noticed that luci is not spayed, she is getting older and older unspayed females increased chance of the uterus infection witch can leave the pet to not act right. It's possible she is sick or she ate something that didn't agree with her.

But if you want to put your mind at ease, have your grandparents take her to see the Vet for an exam.

I think unless luci has been at grandparents before and was okay then, she's just upset and should be fine.

if she has been away from home and your not with her and she was okay then, maybe she is sick and should see the vet.

    I hope that helped you.

    regards,

    Barry
