help with my guiena pig

my female guiena pig gave birth 2 days ago to 2 dead babies. sence then she continues to push like in labor and she wines like it hurts. she also is spotting blood

    Oh boy, that's not good. Can you feel if there are any pups still in her? If she is still pushing and there are more pups inside her, then there isn't much you can do, except take her to a vet for a possible C-section, if you can find a vet who will do one. Two days is quite a long time because they usually have their pups within a couple of hours. Sometimes there is one or more very large pups or a deformed pup (conjoined twin or something) that get stuck. They can often deliver them normally anyway. If you have access to a vet who will see guinea pigs then by all means take her. If you don't then it is just a watch and wait thing to see if she'll deliver on  her own. Honestly it could go either way and I'd say it is about 50-50 whether she can deliver and whether she'll make it after that. Good luck with her.
