New kitten

My family just started taking care of an orpheaned baby kitten. We feed her when she crys and she seems to be gaining the weight needed to gain by internet standards. We excrete her poo and keep her warm all the time (She's about 2-3 weeks old) I wonder when my family should take her to the vet. It seems to me like she coughs too often... and i'm worried that this could be something serious. What symptoms should we look for to make sure that she's not getting seriously sick.

Symptoms: Coughing, Diarrhea

f seems basically healthy it's up to you to see a vet right now.

Discharge from eyes & nose, esp. yellowish/greenish color.

Diarrhea for more than a few days,Vomiting more than 2 times in a day.

Not eating is a big one. I get worried when an adult cat goes more than 36 hrs without eating,so a kitten that small will not fair well not eating more than 8 hrs.

Sounds like your family's doing a good job caring for the little one.

let me know if you have any more questions.
