Are you planning on breeding her?  If the answer is yes, you might try contacting your Veterinarian and getting a tranquilizer, if the answer is no, you do not wish to breed her than getting her spayed as soon as possible will be a curative effect for most of the problems.  Some sound like they are behavioral in nature and you would need to work on those if you were or were not planning on breeding her.  Was she housebroken before the coming into season?  If yes, then it can all stem from hormones.  If the answer is no, then working on housebreaking is crucial.  I had adopted a year old rottweiler from the pound who was not housebroken.  It took about a month of constant work to get her housebroken.  Using key words when you are outside and giving a treat every time she does it right were what finally worked for me plus PRAISE HER.  Tell her you are the best puppy, stuff like that and pet her let her know the behavior you wish to get from her.  Rottweilers are very intelligent, thinkers but they love the praise and treats.  Good luck, Andrea
