Too many symptoms

My 6year old baby (Chiefers) hasn't been doing well since I left home. My mother called after she took him into a vet - the Doctor wasn't in so he saw the intern. He came back with these symptoms.. Slightly enlarged heart and liver, extremely high blood count, high enzyme, spine problem, he lost 20% of his body mass, he wont eat only drinks water but it doesn't seem like he swallows it, hes running into walls and can't clear a door-way, and the x-rays showed a spot in his stomach. But the intern knew NOTHING. I'm in Alaska, he's in California.. He's NEVER had a health problem and all of this happens at once, this isn't a dog, he's my baby boy. I haven't the slightest idea what could be wrong... Anything will help. He's my best friend, he's only 6 years old - he has so much life ahead of him... Thank you.

No disrespect to the intern,Have your mom get a second opinion.

an intern still has allot to learn,.
