I just noticed that my dog has a lump on the side of his face. He is lethargic and is in pain. The lump is near his jaw. What should I do?

Please make sure you take him to get checked out by your vet. There are many possible causes of a lump in that area. Your vet will likely do a physical exam and some further tests such as a fine needle aspirate to see what it is. This will help decide what treatment to use
