sticky poop

my dog had 4 teeth pulled and got neutured hes on pain killers and antibiotics we have to give him soft food because of his teeth but now when he poops its gummy and sticky to the point that it sticks to his fur and has a strong odor to it can any one tell me what i can do to help him

Symptoms: Constipation

    it could be a combination of a few things, 

    1 - change his diet back to normal. some vets say soft food, other say hard food so it wont fill the spaces where the teeth have been removed.

    2 - he could be having a reaction to the antibiotics and or painkillers. but finish the short course off.

    3. stress from visiting the vets.

    Concentrate on getting the diet back to normal

    thank you beacuse we did stop his meds and put him back on his hard food and he started to go normal again but we will put him back on his antibiotics but not the painkillers so thank you very much for your help and Pepito says THANK YOU !!!!!!
