I am sorry to hear your puppy is sick. I have a whole bunch of questions for you that may help me answer you better. Has he seen your vet for this? How often is he vomiting? have you checked his temperature? Is there any blood in his vomit? Did anything bring on the vomiting like a different food or treat? Is he defecating ok? IS he able to keep water down? is he vaccinated? and how heavy is he? It certainly sounds from your brief description that bear would benefit from being seen by your vet. There are many causes for vomiting and a good physical examination and maybe further testing will help rule out some of the more serious things like an obstruction. Your vet should also be able to give him some medication to help with his symptoms and discomfort. In the meantime, I usually recommend no food for the 1st 12-24 hours and they can have small amounts of water ( no big bowl fulls all at once, just little and often) or ice cubes. Once everything is calming down you can try introducing some bland food eg chicken and rice or plain pasta or even some chicken baby food). If he does well with that then over the next 24 hours try reintroducing his regular food. I hope this helps and he feels better soon
