9 day old puppy is constipated

Need help with 9 day old bloated/consitpated puppy. Have stimulating the back, placing in warm water, Karo syrup and water, Gas-X, and liquid glycerin supp (though couldn't get much in). Puppy has been doing well and nursing. Last two days, he has started to cry and is clearly uncomfortable

Symptoms: Constipation, Pain

    Hello...

    Try this...Get a digital thermometer put some ky petroleum jelly on tip and get temp, witch should prompt puppy to go. If not you tried just about everything to no avail, next step would be to see your Vet.

    Thank you, I will try. I bought some Mineral Oil as a last resort but haven't used it yet. Any thoughts on that

    Barry The thermometer didn't do anything, I just gave a littel mineral oil. My vet is on vacation out of the country. I am hesitant to take him to an unknown vet since he is so young. What would the vet do for him?
