My 6 Year old Dachsund is having a very dark yellow discharge coming out of her for the past 2 days. It smells very badly and is coming out in puddle sizes, almost like it is pee but she will lick it all up off of her. Then her breath and whole body smells like this digusting discharge. What could it be and do I need to take her to our vet?

Yes You should take her to set your vet . two most common problems female get are
urinary tract infection & Vaginitis regarding what you are decribing. in any case a full exam, urine test & some meds to go home with.
