i had two pet rats one of them died but before i noticed that my other rat had blood on her nose and evry couple of days there is more blood on heer nose i don't know what to do.

The red color on her nose is not blood it is porphyrin staining. This is a sign of sickness, as well as of mycoplasmosis.
Without antibiotics (Baytril and Doxycycline) her condition will continue to deterionrate and she will pass as well.
Both medications can be obtained from a veterinarian.
Please be sure she is eating and drinking. Sometimes their breathing will become labored and this will cause a decrease in appetite and water intake.
Dehydration is a very large concern.
