Savannah monitor acting strange and unballanced

my savannah monitor sence this morning has become very aggesive and will not eat, also it seems to have trouble getting arround and i think its ballance might be off

NOTE: the pic is when i got him but he is just a lil bit bigger now and will deff not let me pick it up
