I would like to know if It would be a good idea to feed my poodle scrambled eggs and white rice or sweet potatoes to lose weight.

Hi there,
I would recommend using a canine weight reducing diet, although scrambled eggs, rice and sweet potatoes are ok for stomach upsets they are a very bland food and will not provide a good source of nutrients.
If you attend your local vets, the nurses usually provide a weight clinic, they can help you know how to manage the weight and will also find a suitable food for your dog.
