i have a 10 month english pointer male who hasnt eaten in 3 days and wont come out of his pen. 2 days ago we noticed he is bleeding from his penis. What would cause that?

Hi,
There are several options; the main ones being a urinary infection, urine crystals or stones and trauma. I suggest a vet examination as soon as possible.
