Is there any real difference between duralactin canine and duralactin equine. I bought equine accidentally and I am giving it to my dog. Of course I only give here 3000mg per day based on her weight. Thanks Richard..........

    Dear Richard,

Duralactin Canine is for dogs and Duralactin Equine is for horses.. The ingredients will be different based on the two different types of animals and that the instructions you are reading based on the weights will be off...  I would stop giving your dog the horse medication and get Duralactin Canine.
