I would have your kitty checked out, especially if he's vomiting up pieces of what looks like rubberband. Is there a chance that he could have swallowed such a thing? Maybe it was a hair band, or something of that nature?
If so, he could very possibly have an intestinal blockage, meaning he's unable to pass the rubberband through. If this is the case, it will cause vomiting which will increase, followed by diarrhea, loss of appetite or inability to keep anything down, lethargy, etc. This can be a very dangerous situation for your cat so please do call your Veterinarian and tell them what you've been experiencing, including the rubberband!

My cats have big problems with hairballs!!! I would reccomend heading for a vet soon!! If your cat is throwing up aloth this can lead to dehydration wich can cause SERIOUS problems and even death.
