My dog is sick

my dog has white eyes, but is not blind. he is weak, not eating and staggering. he has lost a drastic amount of weight. what could it be?

Symptoms: Breathing, Constipation, Exercise Intolerance, Lethargy, No Appetite & Anorexia, Behavioral, Coughing, Eyes, Weight Loss
