Very Sick Cat

We live on a farm and have a stray cat that has been hanging around. We bought goats last week and one of them passed away yesterday. This morning the cat was lying on my porch, seemed almost paralyzed, unable to move except head, twitching, labored breathing. Any clue what it could be and do you think it could be related to whatever killed the goat?

Symptoms: Breathing, Head Tilt, Lethargy, Pain, Collapse, Paralysis, Seizures & Fits

    Does the cat have any injuries that could indicate some kind of trauma? If not then it may be a poisoning you have on your hands. That would be the only thing that I could think of that could connect them. I would check what kind of chemicals you have around the place and if your animals have access to them. I'm afraid the cat needs to see a vet asap as its prognosis does not look very good.
