Thank you Jamie!
I see your big guy in your pic! Good lookin' boy!
Duke is my first Pitbull and I have to say he's the best dog I've ever had. Smart, fun, and eager to please! I found him in my driveway when he was very small, ribs sticking out and hooowling! Somebody just dropped him off! He was so small, he couldn't have gotten too far. Whatever, their (major) loss. God blessed me that day!
Thank you for your help (I think..lol) I was hoping for something simple, but you know how it goes with kids and pets. Hang the cost, just take care of my baby! No lol. I'm out of town right now, but Duke will have an appt with his vet soon after we get back.
The other part of my question was about his teeth. It sounds like they drag when he closes his mouth. I've looked in there, but can't find where it might be happening. My friend seems to think it's common with Pitbulls. Sounds to me like it could get painful after a while. Any observations/advice/suggestions?
Thank you again for your time and keep up the great work!
Sincerely, Scott ReVeal

Thank you too Scott! I can't say exactly what might be causing that draging noise, but I would probably have it looked at. Pits can handle alot of pain, so he may be uncomfortable and not even showing it. It's not normal from what I know or have experienced. Bosco doesn't have that problem and none of any other pits I know do that either, so I would get it checked. Good Luck!
