You can usually tell when a rabbit is pregnant by looking at them and from their behaviour. A few weeks before birth, they will usually begin to make a nest by plucking fur from themselves and gathering up any bedding and newspaper in the cage. Her belly may also appear to be swollen and enlarged and you may find a change in her appetite. The best way to tell for sure is to take her to be looked at by a vet.
