Joint Supplements

Rating: 8

My dog is 31 lbs and is 14 years old having some joint problems in his right leg. I purchased a supplement that contains: Active ingredients 400 mg chondroitin, 500 mg glucosamine, 100 mg MSM, and 5 mg manganese. I am only giving her 1/2 tablet - could she have any adverse affects from this supplement; i.e., diarrhea or upset stomach??

To be short & sweat.....generally speaking No, but as with anything that a person or Pet takes can give an upset stomach or diarrhea.

If your pet has been taking it for a little while now & has had no problems, then you should be fine.

I hope I answered your Question.
