My cat does not have fleas. There are some other type of sand colored, small pellets left where she lays, and small inch worm like larvae. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

It sounds like she may have worms. The best way to get rid of them is to worm her with a worming tablet which you can get from your vet which will cover most of the different species of worms.
