You need to take your cat to the vet. If he wants to eat but is unable to keep it down he may have a foriegn body or a medical condition. If he can keep water down, continue to offer him that but dont force feed him as continual vomiting may cause him to aspirate. You haven't said how long this has been going on for, but if he is skin and bones as a result of this vomiting then he will also be dehydrated and quite poorly. I would make an appointment as soon as possible.

Take him to the vets!!! They are the only people who know how to handle that kind of stuff. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!

The vet is the best person to handle theses kinds of situations! If your cat has been throwing up more than a day or so it is very important to get it to the vet soon!! The dehydration caused by this can be very dangerous and can even be fatal to your cat!! If you can't reach medical help for your cat very soon you might try giving her gatorade. They are more inclined to drink this than water and it is made to help fight thirst and dehydration during sports. It will be VERY helpful to your cat to drink until you can get to a vet! Best wishes for your cat, Lizzy
