Amber
She has small puffy, infected bumbs, along with a rash. my first dog had the same thing and the vet said that she had allergies to grass. could amber have the same thing?

There are many reasons why dogs may develop the signs you describe and the course to finding the exact answer is often a long one, as you probably know from your previous experience. I would suggest you consult your vet; by examining Amber, he/she may have a better idea about the problem and be able to start investigations into the cause.
