Hi there,
I think it would be worth taking her to the vet, Mucus coming from the nose can be indicative of a respiratory infection. Have you noticed if she is breathing normally? Eating and Drinking normally and bright?
She may just need a course of antibiotics to sort it, but i think it would be worth getting her checked out.
