My kitten has sores around his body and I'm concerned

I got my kitten fixed less than a month ago, and since he came back, he has been getting sores on his face, around his mouth, and when he gets these sores, his eyes swell up a bit [not enough to obstruct his vision, but enough to be noticable], and he gets eye discharge.

His ears are waxy, and the wax is a dark brown color.

He gets sores on his body that resemble psoriasis or excema outbreaks. His fur covers the sores though.

The past few days he has had diarrhea and been vomiting on and off, but he has been drinking, and I know he isn't dehydrated, I think he might have tried to eat a plant out in our front yard or something. However, I am worried that it could be a symptom of something, so I don't want to leave it out.

He has been acting like nothing is wrong but I am very concerned.

Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Ears, Eyes

Hi. It sounds like your kitten has a skin disease. The first important thing to do is to treat him with an effective flea product, if you haven't already, such as frontline spot-on. He may need to see a vet for antibiotics if there is a skin and/or eye infection. How much does he scratch or rub the sores? If he is very itchy he may need something to relieve it. Many kittens will have occasional diarrhoea and vomiting, and if he is well in himself there is no immediate concern. The skin is the priority, and when this is fixed everything else may settle down. Has he been wormed recently? At this age it's especially important.
