I inheireted a 7 mo. old small dog, sky terrier/poodle mix a week ago. Can she be bathed with regular human shampoo?

Hi there, thanks for your question. I would strongly reccommend that you use dog shampoo on your pup as the pH of human skin is very different to that of a dogs and use of a human shampoo could cause skin irritation. If for some reason you cannot use dog shampoo, it is preferable to use a decent quality baby shampoo rather than regular human shampoo. Pet shampoos, puppy wormers and pet food are available at discount prices here. I hope this helps and good luck with the new pup!
